The stars truly aligned at Lakeside when we started to design the dock. We envisioned and have created a one-of-a-kind dock lounge with 21 boat slips. Each unit has it’s own private slip. The quality of the construction is floating concrete, with a wood structure on to finish off the longe. The dock lounge area features a BBQ kitchen, 12 foot long harvest dinning table, huge enclosed fire pit area, sun deck with lounge chairs, and cover area to get some shade from the sun. All owners and their guests have access to this amazing amenity on the lake for fun, relaxation and recreation.
